Possibly the best and nice stay for the one night. Updated and newly furnished units with extra bed, a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. Location - great next to cafe, tropical rainforest and a hill surrounded by tropical rainforest. 

Well-equipped rooms with a huge balcony and great views plus coffee, outstandingly helpful staff. Lovely, excellent location in the main restaurant for dinner.

Place was well-maintained and well-kept, liked the stay.

Planned to see Sandakan major attractions and it was lovely place for visiting all of them. The breakfast offered was above average at good rates.

Large unit with a Colonial decor.

The room I booked was a little old but kept very clean and available with double bed. The hotel was in the central setting in centre of Sandakan. I had a freshly cooked meal at the poolside restaurant.  

The hotel had a central position short walk to the city center of Sandakan, and native forest. Very good service, although a few employees were ok.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

The units are brand-new, beautifully maintained with excellent equipment.

The room was well-kept and well-equipped with tea and coffee and the stuff wonderfully helpful. The hotel's location was quiet and strategic to the city center of Sandakan.

Marvellous location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our immaculately clean room with an extra bed and the traditional-style building.

The location in a very very nice area was peaceful and strategic and there were shopping centres and a supermarket nearby. The restaurant here was beautiful for dinner, we both ordered fine dishes.

Facilities were reasonable, however Wi-Fi was bad.

Fantastic and lovely location in Sandakan, short walk to the Ming resturant as well as the centre of town. Adequate breakfast — a great selection of meals. Polite staff; efficient check in.

Peaceful and strategic position, we appreciated staying here.

All in all everything was fine, had a peaceful stay on holidays. Incredibly helpful staff, answered all questions. A superior queen room with a relaxing view of jungle here, had requested this in advance.

Reasonably priced place, had a quite comfortable stay for 2 nights. We ate at a great restaurant for dinner.

Savoury meals, overall everything was fine.
